Longevity medicine
Our practice of Longevity medicine presents a holistic and proactive approach to healthcare, centred on optimizing health span and thus lifespan through personalised, evidence-based interventions, set on the following principles:
Personalised Approach: We emphasise the importance of personalised medicine tailored to each individual’s unique genetic makeup, lifestyle factors and health goals. Our focus is on customisation of treatment plans, leveraging advanced diagnostics and biomarkers to assess client’s current health status and identify areas for improvement.
Preventive Medicine: Rather than simply treating diseases as they arise, our clinic emphasises preventive measures to proactively address underlying risk factors and promote overall health and resilience. This might include strategies such as optimising nutrition, managing stress, promoting physical activity and enhancing sleep quality.
Client Empowerment: We see the key to our clients’ success in empowering them to take an active role in their own health and well-being. A longevity medicine clinic aims to educate and support clients in making informed decisions about their lifestyle, treatment options and health goals.
Evidence-Based Interventions: We prioritise interventions that have demonstrated efficacy in scientific studies, while remaining open to emerging research and innovative approaches.
Long-Term Perspective: True to the principles of longevity, we take a long-term perspective on health, aiming not only to extend lifespan but also to enhance health span — the period of life spent in good health and free from chronic disease.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: We emphasise the importance of collaboration across disciplines, drawing insights from fields such as medicine, nutrition, exercise physiology and behavioural science. We build relationships with experts from diverse backgrounds to provide comprehensive care and support for our clients.
How we work
Induction: Upon choosing one of our bundles, you will book a face-to-face initial appointment at our clinic. At the same time, we will send you an induction package with relevant forms aimed at finding out about your health goals, concerns and obtain your medical history.
Initial appointment: During your initial appointment, we will review, discuss and expand on the induction information provided via the induction package. We will commence with health assessment, collection of samples for further analysis and booking of external scans and tests with our selected partners.
First results review: Usually within two-three weeks from your Initial appointment, depending on timing of your tests and return of associated reports, we will ask you to book an appointment to review your results in detail. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and create a protocol to improve your problem areas. The review can be conducted either face-to-face or via a video call, whichever suits you better.
Second results review: Genomic and epigenetic analysis takes around 8 weeks and once we receive your results, we will ask you to book another appointment to review them. We will also take this opportunity to chat about your progress and update your protocol based on your feedback what works and doesn’t work for you and on the new results. Like with the first review, we can either meet face-to-face or via a video call.
Monitoring sessions: Each bundle includes a number of monitoring sessions. These are conducted face-to-face to repeat select tests based on their meaningful frequency to assess your progress and further personalise your protocol.
