About us
In his reflection on happiness, which he sets as the ultimate goal in life, Aristotle laid out the concept of Eugeria (Greek Eu- – good/well or happily/luckily, gērōs – old age) as coming of old age slowly and painlessly, maintaining such health and strength which enables one to do what they need and want without becoming a burden on others. This is achieved by actively maintaining “excellence of the body” and a measure of good luck. We are excited to see this millennia old wisdom gaining in popularity and making its way into mainstream media in form of documentaries, interviews or podcasts, focusing on benefits of different diets, exercise, sleep, therapies, supplements and medication on our wellbeing and overall health.
Science of human longevity has made significant progress in recent years, providing all of us with tools to achieve Aristotle’s “excellence of the body” down to molecular level and understand the element of “good luck” in form of our genetic makeup. Our purpose is to bridge the gap between the science and its clinical application and enable our clients to safely access and benefit from its latest advancements. At Eugeria, every step of your health and longevity journey is meticulously overseen by our team of doctors. From the initial consultation to ongoing care, our medical experts review and manage each aspect of your personalized plan. Their hands-on approach ensures that every decision, diagnostic test, and treatment is aligned with your unique health goals and reflects the best medical practice informed by scientific advancements. This continuous oversight guarantees that you receive consistent, high-quality care tailored to your needs, making your path to optimal health and longevity both thorough and precise.
We are a fully accredited medical care facility, officially registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which ensures that we adhere to the highest standards of excellence and safety in healthcare. This registration reflects our commitment to providing top-tier medical services, as we undergo regular inspections and assessments to meet the rigorous criteria set by the CQC. Our clients can have full confidence that they are receiving care in a facility that prioritises their well-being and consistently upholds the best practices in patient safety and quality of care.
In order to provide fully comprehensive services to our clients, we also run a private GP clinic to become a single place for your preventive and primary care. This allows us to serve our local community as well and bring the much needed additional capacity to the primary care sector.

“As a GP with over a decade of medical experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact of our healthcare system’s reactive approach. Daily, I confront patients battling anxiety, stress, depression, and chronic conditions linked to modern lifestyles and that is why the transformative potential of longevity science inspires me so much. With each passing year, breakthroughs offer new avenues for extending healthy lifespan, from lifestyle adjustments to cutting-edge interventions. I’m driven by the belief that personalised medicine can redefine ageing, making vibrant centenarians a norm rather than an exception. Inspired by leading experts, I’ve founded Eugeria, a clinic dedicated to empowering individuals to live longer, healthier lives. Our mission is simple: to guide people toward vitality, strength, and fulfillment, ensuring they cherish each moment with loved ones, including generations to come.”

“Advances in medicine have significantly extended our lifespans, but with this comes the challenge of staying healthy and active as we age. As life expectancy increases, so does the prevalence of age-related health conditions, making it crucial to maintain both physical and mental fitness. It’s essential to remain strong— not just for ourselves, but to continue performing well in our careers or as parents. I understood this more deeply after the birth of my two daughters, realizing the importance of staying fit and capable to support them throughout their lives. This drive combined with my lifelong interest in sports and fitness led me to partner with my wife in founding Eugeria, where I contribute my organisational skills and business acumen to help others achieve the same goal.”
